来源： 麦角菌科真菌冬虫夏草菌Cordyceps sinensis (Berk.) Sacc.寄生在蝙蝠蛾科昆虫幼虫上的子座及幼虫尸体的复合体。
产地:主产不丹、西藏、青海、四川、云南等地。
质量:以虫体丰满肥大、完整、外色黄亮、断面白色、子座短者为佳。
性味：甘，平。
功效：补肺益肾，止血化痰

Origin: The combination of the stroma of the parasitic fungus Cordyceps
sinensis (Berk.) Sacc. (Clavicipitaceae), and the larval corpse of its host
insect from the Hepialidae family.
